Great service. Staked a tyre on way from Auburn to Clare on a Friday afternoon. Fixed and back on the road quickly.
Came back after nearly 2.5 years, booked for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment for 1993 Ford Laser KH, only 2 wheels adjustment. Got 2 wheels and alignment done was charged 4 wheels adjustment. When questioned told I had a good old car. Rang ford spoke to mechanic who said no adjustments for rear wheels on my particular model. Checked the web, says the same. Called business to say I had been overcharged, offered to put car up on hoist next time and point out adjustments, if can't find any then will refund the over charged fee $30. Unfinished story.... Put up on hoist and showed rear wheel adjustments specific to this model. Unfortunately not common knowledge, therefore not done 2.5 years ago.We have not been over-charged, but are not entirely happy with the way the situation was handled.
