Put simply, if the cup is to hot to pick up, you have burnt the coffee and it will taste bitter. It must be one of the most basic rules of coffee making and it amazes me that a place which markets themselves as a coffee shop can stuff it up so badly. Certainly not worth the premium price charged. Aside from that the staff acted like I kicked their dog. Smiles are free and go a long way.

Called in for a coffee 4 weeks ago. Ordered a strong latte. Not large. Got charged $5.10. Still wondering why??? Have never paid this price even in major cities. Was our favourite coffee spot when passing through Clare but not now!
